“Xhilaration” strappy black floral mini-dress, slight ruffle bottom, jr. sz S

Xhilaration brand brings you this great summer dress. It is a soft 100% polyester weave with a beautiful floral print in shades of white, pink, red & green on a black ground. It features adjustable straps, a shirred back for a fitted look and a lovely V-shaped piecing at the bottom with a 2nd layer to give a slight flounce/ruffle edge (see pic). Junior size S (see pics for measurements, keeping in mind the bust area has some give due to the back shirring). Pre-loved in excellent condition except for my daughter's name on inside tag.
