Engaging navy, white & light blue striped blouse from Xhileration. The top portion of the blouse is a knit fabric and the middle to the bottom portion is a rayon type material. It's such an adorable little shirt and can be worn with a skirt/pants for a dressy look or with jeans or shorts for a more casual look. Either way you can't go wrong. NWOT, brand new, never worn it just hung in my closet.
