There is light scuffing from wear and storage, shown in the pics (it looks much less intense in person but I wanted to show detail). The heels are from a naughty puppy caught in the act! 😆 🐶 The inner scuffs are from other pokey shoes in my closet. The heels are barely noticeable at a glance. Of course, the inside scuffs aren’t an issue with your feet covering them up, and you can’t feel them. None impair overall look or wearability! I have cleaned and sanitized them and gave them a good polish. Glossy, cute, versatile and comfy— a great pair of basics!
