This super cute and comfy Xhiliration shirt sleeve high low dress is banded at the waist making way for a pleated teal skirt that features red polka dots. It’s scoop neck in the front and even more scooped in the back with a subtle high low hem line in the skirt. Dress it up or keep it casual, this dress is easy to wear for any occasion!
