Xian Du Large Sundress White full skirt Appliqued Embroidered Flowers

This says Large but it seems to run small so please check out the measurements. Measures 17" from armpit to armpit. 14 1/2" across the waist laid flat. 37 1/2" across the bottom hem. (75" skirt circumference) 11 1/2" Nylon zipper under the armpit. The fabric is a Cotton Poly Spandex blend with stretch. I believe the tag says machine washable and hang dry.
