Xilaration Polka Dot Dress

Cute, flirty and fun black dress with white polka dots. Slightly longer in back, shorter in front. Top in front has mesh with black dots. High waisted. Top back is stretchy elastic like a tube top. I wore it with red shoes (and red lips) and it looked cute, almost a vintage-y look.
