Xoxo Collection Black and White Polkadot Dress with Fuschia Ribbon Detail

Ok, this dress has so much going on and it's absolutely the cutest dress... This is a vintage piece that I bought new. I could be mistaken but I believe I bought this at Macy's. I've only worn it about two times! This is a great little dress for summer! It's lightweight, cool on the skin, and requires no extra jewelry. You can even toss the bra aside, because this dress has a lightly padded bra built into it. It's many features include: * a semi-ruched, lightly padded bust, * wide, sheer tank style shoulder straps, * a bright Fuschia 🎀 ribbon sewn under the bust that you can tie into a bow and adjust to your liking, * curve-hugging material on the upper body with just the right amount of stretch, * Fully lined with a black slip underneath * Y2K vintage piece in nearly brand new condition!! and a * Flattering shark bite, asymmetrical hemline with freedom of movement at the legs and beautiful drape. The only flaw on this piece are almost inconsequential: this garment is missing one hanger strap, and the padding that's sewn into the bust line needs to be manipulated to lay flat. That's literally it. It's perfect in all other ways! All measurements are approximate: (Unstretched) Across underarms: 14" * Length center back: 25" * This dress features a shark bite hem, which means the length measurement will be longer in some sections than others. It's one of my favorite features of the dress.
