New with Tags, never worn green velvet formal dress. Perfect for weddings and could even be a bridesmaid dress. Color is hard to see in the photos but it’s a dark forest green color that appears black in some lighting. Very warm and comfortable. Off the shoulder with a V shaped cut out in the front, ruched back and very stretchy fabric. I’m usually a size 12 or 14 but the 10 fit me perfectly. Pricing is flexible, send me an offer.
