Xscape fit and flare dress, only worn once! Size 8

Black fitted top with mess cut outs on each side. Elegant blue and black flower pattern skirt, a little bit shiny. Black underneath with tulle to keep skirt shape. Zipper back. The top material has stretch to it. The dress has only been worn once. It’s beautiful and very comfortable!
