lcwood @miabella28 no alterations. The empire waist is 13" across, top of cup to floor in front 49", lower back to floor in back 43", slight train. I am 5'4" and wore 3 1/2" heels.

lcwood @Impeels there is one very small snag/hole near near the bottom right front towards the side. It's about 2mm in size. Couldn't see until I looked at the overlay with a flashlight. Couldn't get it to show up on a photo.
