A fun mini polka dot dress with ruched puff sleeves and a matching fabric waist tie. The fabric is thin and flouncy making it great for hot summer days. Best part is it has pockets! No wear or tear. The waist has a bit of elastic providing some stretch, but the fabric itself isn’t a stretchy material. Dress may appear shorter than it actually is (I’m 5’7”).
