Y2K 90s 2000s Fairy Vintage Frost Ice Baby Blue Metallic Iridescent Prom Hoco Maxi Dress Gown Brand: Be Smart. Tag size: 7/8. Made in the USA. Zipper & tie back. Low back. Lined, bottom half of lining is stiff mesh tulle. I think this dress is either NWOT or possibly worn a minimum of one time. Shimmery glitter like fabric. Back ties help accommodate various sizes. Will be steamed prior to shipping, but may need additional streaming after delivery. Similar to Vintage Morgan & Co gowns.
