Y2K 90s Floral Dress

Button down front. The buttons are a little loose, fully in tact still but would probably need to be re sewn on to tighten buttons. No brand tag but there is a tag saying 100% viscose and made in Italy. Can be styled girlie or toughened up. Model is a size small and it fits her but is bigger on the chest.
