Y2K early 2000s vintage worn by me as a little girl im going to say its for a 7/8 year old ask for measurements to be sure! white silky dress with mesh sleeves covered in silver sparkly stars. the collar has ruffles. the sleeves appear to be raw edge no seam or hem line. slit in the back up the seam line. the back connects with velcro. add wings and a halo and you're all set! angelic, ethereal, Halloween, dressup, play or theatre
