Hervé Léger and BCBG are branches of the same design house, so this skirt, from the early 2000’s, is the same style and fit as the “bandage dresses” that were everywhere. It is supposed to be skin tight (like a wrapped bandage) and there is a lot of stretch, but if stretched too far, it can be hard to walk in it, as it is a longer, almost midi, pencil skirt.
