Y2K Black Velvet Mini Dress

Very flattering velvet mini dress, worn for a y2k themed party once. Tag says Small but I usually wear a medium and it fits perfectly. I am 5’8 for reference. (4th pic looks like there is a stain on the front but it is just the light hitting the velvet)
