90s - Y2K early 2000s vintage theres some color fade due to being worn and washed so much beautiful gradient of dark to light blues with white striations. the straps are a blue woven crochet type material with the material threaded through the neckline pit and back! such a lovely detail. the bottom has a lettuce trim effect.
