Y2K City Triangles 90s Slinky Black Mini Dress with Rainbow Flower Trim Vintage

Ultimate throwback dress, either 90s or early 2000s vintage City Triangles! Dress is black, 92% nylon 8% spandex (exclusive of decoration) and is that thick stretchy slinky material that flows, stretches, and could be scrunched into a little ball and never wrinkle. Spaghetti straps - not adjustable V neck (faux wrap style) Neckline fully trimmed in really cute 90s flowers- colorful pastel rainbow of orange, pink, lime green, blue, yellow, and purple. Dress is fitted at the waisted (under breast) and bells out a little. 14" waist (under breast) 30-31" length from top of straps to bottom hem Label size is Medium. I included try on pics so you can see the length, as I feel the pictures make it seem shorter than it actually is. I am 5' 5.5" tall for reference (usually wear size small, and the dress fits fine but definitely not super tight and would be more slim fitted/flattering on a medium or someone with a fuller chest even I think)
