Having to shutter the Luella label in 2002, Luella launched Luella Bartley in 2002. In 2006 Luella Bartley created a capsule collection for Target’s Go International upscale line which touted high fashion for everyone with many other well know designers contributing capsule collections as well. Bartley's youthful collections have won praise from the fashion press. American Vogue decreed Bartley as "the poster child for London cool". The long list of famous names who have worn her designs includes Kate Moss, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie and many more fashionistas. A ticket to her catwalk show was among the most sought after on the Fashion Week calendar, with a front row which boasted US Vogue editor Anna Wintour and others. In 2011 Bartley was named "Designer of the Year" by the British Fashion Council. In 2012 Luella closed her line and did a collab with Marc Jacobs.
