Y2K Dynamite Orange Yellow Teal Swirl Whimsy Fairy Asymmetrical Top. The size and material tag were removed but this is stretchy along the bust and empire waist. This could accommodate many sizes up to an XXL depending on how you like your fit (see flat measurements below, modeled on a size small). Ruffle elastic along the collar. Material feels like polyester.   Very good preowned vintage condition. It looks like it may have had back ties attached to the sides at one point but they were removed neatly. Flat measurements- Armpit to armpit- 20" Empire Waist- 19" unstretched.
