Y2K Free People Green Mini Tie Back Lace Hem Dress

The most gorgeous fairycore style dress!! Sad to sell but it's too short for me to really feel comfortable in, and it should to go to someone who will give it the love it deserves! 🌿Has a green and blue floral pattern all over with grey/olive colored lace detail around the bust and hem. 🍀 Has a waist tie, so it's really form flattering! The back of the chest area is ruched and stretchy. 🍃The straps are adjustable, but not in a typical way--they're sort of tied, and you loosen the tie and move it up or down to retighten and adjust it. 🦋 I'm not sure of the material, but it's very comfortable and lightweight. I would guess that apart from the lace, it's 100% cotton. Opaque as well, not see through at all! Tag is Free People, I'm guessing anywhere from 90s to mid 2000s! Measurements (laid flat): Top of strap to bottom of hem: 34" Under bust: 12.5" Marked size XS, true to size
