In very good preowned condition and very relaxed cut one Y2K GodBody Denim Technology 100% PVC flocking Shiny Black Corduroy Velour Hip Hop Pants in men's size 38/30. Besides the one 1/4" spot where the corduroy is thinned which is consistent with the technology of applying the velvet to the fabric or flocking, the rest of the pants are in great condition. Made in Korea, machine wash in cold water.

@calvindebruler1 they were advertised as 100% PVC flocking corduroy, which as far as I can understand is a proces where fibres are attached to the fabric to give it a velour look. The parts free of flocking are the stripes typical of corduroy, so you can say it is corduroy with velour feel.
