Y2K Guess lace strapless top

So cute and girly! Perfect for layering over a mock neck in the winter or by itself in the summer. White button-up strapless bodice with navy blue lace detailing. Tacky piping at the bust to prevent slipping. Some faint blue specks on the buttons as pictured, not noticeable when worn and otherwise in excellent vintage condition.
