Y2K H&M size 34 or a M army green blousey drop waist mini dress tunic! Super cute. Nice dark green. Cap sleeves. Soft and blousey. Drop elastic waist. Back keyhole. Low scoop neck. I bought this in maybe 2007 so almost vintage but you can tell. I've worn it as a mini dress, looks great belted, also looks great with leggings or tights. Perfect for layering even with a long sleeve. Bought when I was in Italy. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 22 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 32 inches.
