Y2K Halter Dress

Quintessential Y2K Goodness! Amazing VTG Halter Dress. Iz Byer was the 90’s line from Byer. Black With a gathered red band just below the bustline, creating an empire waist. Lightly padded cups (so 90’s). There is 2.5” of black tulle all around the lining of the hem. Pull-on style; no zippers. Fitted at the waist with a flare at the bottom. Labeled a Medium. Would probably best fit a Small but the top will actually stretch to 18” underarm to underarm even though it looks tiny with the tape measurement photo in listing. It’ll just show more cleavage with a larger bust. Made in Sri Lanka. EUC.
