Y2K Halter Dress with Asymmetrical Hem

This is a gorgeous Y2K vintage sun dress! Made of a black fabric, it is covered in an asian inspired pattern of flowers, mandalas, and homes in pinks, whites, greens, oranges, and whites. the dress is banded at the waist and has double straps - both spaghetti style straps that go over the shoulder and halter straps that tie at the neck. The hem has an asymmetrical fit. Overall in good vintage condition - no major flaws to note. See measurements in photos for best fit - approx a small to a medium.
