Y2K Light Blue Floral Sparkly Shiny Formal Dress 9/10

Made in USA. Paper tag. I’m not sure if it’s juniors sizing or women’s because it says 9/10. It’s in great condition and just needs a steam (it would be wrinkled from shipping anyway). One small spot as pictured on the back. The inside fabric in zipper area has a flaw but cannot be seen from the exterior. Chest: 16 inches without much stretch Great for cruises, dances, military balls, weddings, and more! It reminds me of Cinderella and you’d be unique in this dress because I think it’s probably vintage early 2000s!
