Very cool, straight outta Y2K mini dress with cute cut out/bow back detail. Colors are bright, bottom hem is a bit loose as pictured above. Size is medium but I’d honestly say it’s best for smaller medium frames. Measurements are as follows: Waist: 13-16” Length: 28” Pit to pit: 16”-19” Flare: 15”-18”
