This skirt is a stunner, and is beautiful quality. This is by the brand NYMPH. Sized M. Black velvet with a handkerchief hemline, with alternating panels of black lace. Zips on the side, and has a sweet little button and loop. The only flaw to this dress is the little fabric bit that loops around the button is undone and might need a stitch - or just wear it as is. It’s not integral to the piece. See button photo. Apart from that, she’s like new and has never been worn or washed.
