Y2K Nautical Navy Jacket

UO Lark & Wolff classic navy jacket - with the coolest wooden buttons. Fully lined. Double-breasted, back pleat, pockets, and it's made of a nice canvas-like material. Very slight shoulder pads add structure. I don't think this has ever been worn. Marked size L, modeled on a S/M 34B 5'5". This is almost tight on my chest when buttoned (is this a kid’s jacket?).
