Gap Vintage Pleated Skirt Y2K 90s Size 11 12 Fits M 28" Waist Black Polka Dot pre owned, mild typical wear, a little wash wear size marked is 11/12 but this is a vintage/older item - see tag pic. Waist measures 28" and it is designed to fit high on waist so maybe a M or even a bigger S - verify fit by checking measurements please 100% rayon mid weight woven, no stretch button closure along side fuller skirt w/ pleats looks just above to at knee but check measurements to be sure
