A classic! Y2K vintage powerpuff girls flared dress, Warner Bros branding. Tag says 11/12 but I believe fits closer to 7/8. See measurements! Cotton/poly blend, soft stretchy fabric. bubblegum pink! Cool unique collar. Small stain on sleeve, I have not tried to remove. Measurements: 16 inches pit to pit About 29-30 inches top to bottom
