Stunning early 2000s Y2K iridescent blue floor-length formal dress Sequin bodice with strap details at the back. The neck connects with a button (there is one missing). The skirt of the dress has a gorgeous shimmering effect that changes from black to blue in the light. There is a concealed zipper on the back of the skirt. Brand is Betsy & Adam.
