Stunning, authentic DVF Diane Von Furstenberg 100% Silk Button Front, Tiered Maxi Runway Fashion Dress Spring 2009 •near vintage This gorgeous maxi by Diane Von Furstenberg is a collector’s dream! This pattern and dress style is a runway fashion garment that was limited in availability, not part of the ready-to-wear collection from Spring 2009. Remarkable ruffle ruffled tiered maxi dress. Sleeveless , 100% silk dress features wide shoulder straps, a square neck line that buttons down the front from center of bust to about mid thigh. Safari pocket on each breast & a rectangular patch pocket on each hip. The color palette is drenched in joyful orange hues of coral, tangelo, deep saffron, orange soda, and pale apricot with bubble gum pink, an eggplant/raisin purple, sky blue and a dark teal / steel blue green to create a fun, whimsical abstract pattern that dominated the runway. Sold for over $1,600 in 2009, which would be a little over three grand in today’s market.
