Y2K Strapless Hollister Mini Dress The most 2003 dress I’ve seen in a while, this blue polka dot strapless dress has a waist tie and Hollister birds scattered throughout. Super soft 100% cotton with a stretchy smocked back. Some gentle boning in the bust as well, so depending on your comfort level, bra may not be necessary. This is marked size medium and I do believe it would work best for medium. It did fit me at modern large but was too snug (and short, at 5’11”). In good condition with no flaws to note. Approximate flat measurements: 14” pit to pit plus darts, can stretch to about 20” 13” waist, can stretch to about 18” 26” length
