Made in the USA No Size Tag - Measures Small Super cute transition into spring sweater. The ivory color adds to the feminine ruffle and goes with so many things from dresses to fitted t-shirt. Call Out: The weave is stretched behind one of the ruffles. The thread is not broken, and it can’t be seen without lifting the ruffle.
