Smooth 97% cotton/3% Spandex side zip skirt. Has white trim with three functioning snaps toward the hem and four at the top that are just decorative. Beautifully finished inside. When it's lying flat it measures 15.5" across the waist (early 2000s low-waisted fit); 19.5" across the hips; 21.5" long. In great condition.
