Y2K Vintage Athletic Maxi Dress

A black vintage maxi tank dress from Xhilaration. It has white stripes along both sides and a white ring around the collar. The stripes have a different texture than the rest of the dress which is 100% cotton. In excellent vintage condition, has so much life left in it. Measurements: Length: 58in Bust: 39in Waist: 36in Hips: 40in ( It has stretch) The size listed on the tag is a large but this would comfortably fit anywhere from a medium - 2x, depending on how you like it to fit.
