Y2K Vintage Formal Maroon Cocktail Dress

Chelsea Nites is the brand, dress is a wine/maroon/burgundy color. Liner is a few shades brighter than the outer layer. Definitely gives a “whimsigoth” vibe! Spaghetti Straps, zips in the back. Dress is a ladies size 8 but since the dress was made in the late 90s/early 2000s, it fits more like a 4! Not floor length - just a bit above so perfect for a petite or if you’re going for tea length. Top of bust (where straps attach) to bottom hem is 45 inches.
