Y2K Vintage Pale Yellow/Cream Floral Ruffle Midi Dress

This is such a cute dress but it just didn’t fit me right :/ From the 90s to 2000s era. Labeled as a size 3/4, runs true to size imo could also maybe fit a 2. I am a size 0 and 5’4” for fit reference. Excellent vintage condition. Total cottage fairy coquette vibes 🌸 first pic is from the original seller!
