This vintage Y2K mini skirt by Brat Star is so cool and has a really fun design. The material has a wavy textured pattern that is so satisfying to touch. It’s soft and stretchy and hugs curves so well. Perfect for a party or date! The material and size tag is super faded from age but I’m pretty sure it says it’s made of polyester and spandex. It’s also tagged a medium, but (as with much vintage clothing) it seems more like a small to me, so check the measurements.
