Y2K Vintage Tripp NYC Skirt

Awesome vintage skirt from my younger days that can now be yours! Still very black, you wouldn't believe it's as old as it is! Skirt is black with white skulls and Layered tulle on the outside. Inside has tulle for that extra cute puff. Comes with original straps. about 13" long and 16.5" across when not stretched. Any questions feel free to ask!
