Y2K creative reuse camo skirt with ribbons

Creatively redesigned skirt from 2006, new with tags. The base is a linen skirt from Moda International, but "Diva's by Monica" added front and back pockets from a pair of Mudd camo pants and ribbons that look like corset lacing. The tag is handwritten and says that it was made in 2006. Good condition, only flaws being a couple tiny brown dots near the bottom, probably spills from the paint used to create the polka dots. Tag says size 8. Waist is 14.25" and length is 17".
