Y2K miss understood tee

Vintage y2k embroidered miss understood shirt!! this is so cute and a good statement piece ;) has glittery velvet in the “miss” letters! little rip in the collar (as seen in last pic to the left of the tag) I believe this is labeled as a L but I would say it fits more like a M! Can provide measurements if needed!
