Y2K red plaid wrap skirt from The Limited

Early 2000’s Size 4 red plaid wrap skirt from The Limited. The skirt attaches together by wrapping around waist and connecting the ends together with two Velcro attachments. There is also a button inside of the skirt that helps keep it attached.
