Y2K satin blue Cargo EXPRESS pants

Insaneee true Y2K baby blue satin cargo pants😍😍. Sz 2 by EXPRESS. Adjustable scrunches on the bottoms. No stretch. Approx measurements flat: 14.5" waist 8" rise 17.5" hip 32" inseam ( not scrunched) I am 5'4"size medium 28 for reference and it was a tad too tight on the waist. Snap and zip fly. Drawstring. Multiple pockets. Belt loops. Excellent unused condition, just took the original tag off. Last pic shows truest colors but may look different in different lighting
