Y2K stripe knee length dress size 14

Y2k stripe knee length skirt. Marked size 13/14 fits like a size 14 zipper closure at back. No pockets. Slightly stretchy. Blue and white stripes ok a gray base. No marks or stains. Great condition. Waist= 33” Length= 21”
