Y2K striped short blazer jacket

Purchased this many years ago in Germany, barely wore it. Small shoulder pads and a teeny tiny ruffle on sleeve. It’s a shorter blazer style. Very pretty striped fabric with covered buttons. German size 40 which translates to 10/12 US. Please check measurements: sleeve inseam 19”, length 23”, armpit to armpit 19”.
