Y2K vintage, BNWT cream polka dot midi skirt 🍬

Early 2000s vintage, polka dot midi skirt that is BNWT. Reminds me of Mandi Moore’s wardrobe in the Princess Diaries. Cream colored skirt with multicolored polka dot pattern all over & hits at a midi length. Brand is Liz Claiborne. Such a beautiful classic skirt! -tagged size 2p and would be best on an XS. Skirt is semi fitted but does have an elasticized waist.
