Elastic across the top to hold it in place and side zip closure. Lane flat measures 53 inches shoulder to him, 12.5 inches armpit to armpit fully relaxed stretching to 16.5 inches without much resistance and 14 inches straight across the waist. Tax size 56 but that is Sizing so please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you. There is a “run” in the fabric near the zipper. That is only black fabric. It looks like the silver threading was pulled. See photos. In my opinion, it’s not noticeable at all from certain angles. I tried to get the best picture I could. Made in the USA.
